THE EXHIBITION
Multi-media artist Seamus Killick explores Saddleworth’s dark history. Using a mixture of installation, sculpture, 3D modelling and painting, Seamus creates a imaginary time 50-years in the future where people roam a bleak dystopian landscape.
THE ARTIST
Seamus Killick is a multi-media artist based in Glasgow. After studying Fine Art at Edinburgh he moved to Leipzig in Germany where he worked as a resident artist at The Spinnerei and contributed to group shows across the city. In 2019 he launched his first solo exhibition at the Weavers Factory in Saddleworth where he explored the area’s history using 3D modelling, painting and installation.
